The 2010 Hockey World Cup championship will begin today in India and will go on till the 13th of March 2010.
The venue for the matches is at the wonderful Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi, India.
The whole event will have 12 top teams from all around the world. Germany have one the last two World Cups.
The teams are divided into two groups.
These are the groups given below.
Group A: New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Korea, Netherlands, Argentina
Group B: South Africa, Spain, India, Pakistan, Australia, England
