Gmail goes down yet again!!

Google’s free e-mail provider – Gmail- is experiencing its share of downtime again.
Gmail users cannot access their contacts or Google’s chat – Gchat – and can view a message on the top with the following words: “Gmail is temporarily unable to access your Contacts. You may experience issues while this persists”.
Google has however said that all Gmail users can send and receive emails without any trouble.
According to sources, Google stated that this outage will affect only an insignificant number of users. However, users on social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook say that the problem is widespread.
Google claims that they cannot disclose the approximate time when the site will be back up, but Google will keep users updated on it.
