Gulf of Mexico Leaking Oil Well Finally Sealed By BP

UK Today News: Gulf of Mexico Leaking Oil Well Finally Sealed By BP

The BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, which is also the worst oil leak in the history of U.S.A, is finally sealed off by BP. The Deepwater Horizon Gulf of Mexico oil spill started on the 20th of April 2010, which sadly killed 11 workers and affected nature in a huge way. A pressure test is evidence that BP has permanently put a cement plug on the leaking oil well.

President Obama of the U.S. was very happy to hear the news of the leaking oil well being sealed. The BP oil spill was like a nightmare to the environment and it affected marine life to a great extent. The BP oil spill clean up process took a very long time, but the damage has already been done. It took a lot of techniques to stop the oil spill, and the oil leakage took very long to come to a stop.

The Deepwater Horizon was staffed by a firm called Transocean which was under a contract from BP.
