Britain’s fab-four, The Beatles, have moved into the digital age after Apple’s iTunes store has made their music available to purchase and download. The good news was announced by Apple on Tuesday stating, “The Beatles. Now on iTunes.”
Apple has made the Beatles albums available on iTunes, with single albums coming at a price of $12.99 each, and double albums at $19.99 each. A single song will cost 99p at the Apple’s iTunes store and that can be copied to the iPhone, iPod, iPad and any other MP3 player. The facility to download the complete album is also available for music lovers, which means you can download it with sleeve notes, album artwork and also the album videos.
Reports state that the entire Beatles back catalogue comes at £125.
Barely after the announcement, The Beatles’ 1969 studio album “Abbey Road,” has moved into the top 10 hottest selling albums on Apple’s iTunes.
