Michael Jackson’s White Glove auctioned off for $ 350,000
The late King of Pop Michael Jackson is in the news again. His famous sparkly rhinestone studded white glove recently got sold for a cool $350,000 at an auction. The lucky buyer was a Hong Kong businessman Hoffman Ma who bought it well over the expected amount of around $50,000.
The very famous white glove was worn by the Michael Jackson the first time he ever performed the world famous Moonwalk dance way back in 1983 on the Motown 25 television special.
After an opening bid of $10,000 the price of the glove immediately shot to $120,000 before eventually reaching $350,000.
The glove was not the only MJ item that was sold. A black jacket worn by Michael for his 1989 Bad world tour was also auctioned off at a price of $225,000 – which was a shocking 20 times over its predicted sale price. Jackson’s fedora hat worn was auctioned for $22,000.
Not to anyone’s surprise, most of the winning bidders for the memorabilia were clients from the Far East who made their bids online.
The auction took place at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square, New York.
Amy Winehouse looking for a Nose job after the Boob job?
Amy Winehouse, the controversial “Rehab” singer who is famous for her drug addiction, seems to be getting addicted to something else now – plastic surgery.
The singer has reportedly found comfort in getting implants done ever since she got over her drug usage.
After getting a boob job done last month, Amy is now looking to get another thing done from the same London clinic – a nose job.
According to one reliable source: “She wants her nose made smaller to fit with her small face as she hates the fact her nose is so big and she doesn’t like the shape.” The source goes on to say: “Amy says she can barely look in the mirror at the moment as she hates it so much. She’s booked in for January but is pushing to get it done sooner.”
Although Amy is happy with her new busty looks and her alleged lip plumping too, the rumors of her nose job and possible butt implants too have made her parents very concerned. They seem to be trying to convince the singer to give it up before it turns her into something else.
Dancing with the Stars 2009
This season of “Dancing With the Stars” will end tonight at 9 on ABC with one of the final 3 couples being crowned the winner of the show
The finalists – Mya and Dmitry, Kelly and Louis, and Donny and Kym battled it out on Monday night showing us all their got.
But who do you thing will be crowned the winner?
By the looks of their performance, no one can deny that Mya and Dmitry stood out over the rest. Their sexy moves and near perfect performance made them one of the favorites to win the show.
On the other hand, the “Dancing with the Stars” finale will have Whitney Houston performing as well as a mambo dance-off with former “Dancing” stars Cloris Leachman, Steve Wozniak and Jerry Springer.
The tension has reached it’s peak now, with votes in progress for these 3 stars!

J Lo falls at the American Music Awards 2009
Latino Beauty, Jennifer Lopez – better known as J Lo – fell while performing her new track at the American Music Awards 2009.
While the “Waiting for tonight” singer is doing good, this was enough to create a lot of buzz about her. J Lo hasn’t been in the news lately after becoming a mom of twins, but this “fall” actually helps her in doing a lot more publicity for her new single “Louboutins” – which was been released recently.
Jennifer Lopez is a singer, actress who has made a number of albums and acted in many movies such as “Monster In Law”, “Anaconda”, “Maid in Manhattan” and several others. She was also voted as having the sexiest butt and there were rumors of it being insured for millions of dollars.

Adam Lambert’s AMA 2009 performance is a Shocker!
American Idol’s runner – up and the very flamboyant Adam Lambert, ended the 2009 American Music Awards with his new single “For Your Entertainment” in a manner that made heads turn.
To no surprise, the bad boy of the American Idol show, as he usually does, proved his point at his performance at the 2009 AMA’s.
His American Music Awards performance of included backup dancers getting cozy with him, some raunchy simulated sex along with lots of shocking dance moves and to top it all, Lambert kissed his male keyboard player in the middle of this dominatrix performance.
Adam Lambert, who is known for his outspoken character after having talked about his sexuality, also said , editing his performance video would amount to “discrimination”. He was in subtle way referring to Madonna and Britney Spears’ kiss way back in the 2003 MTV Music Video Awards.

Twilight Saga: New Moon – Robert Pattison, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner helps movie earn $ 72.7 million on the first day
The next episode of the Twilight saga – New Moon – has been released and Twilight mania has gone to extreme heights!
The Twilight Saga: New Moon, the second chapter in the Twilight series, has Robert Pattison as vampire Edward Cullen, Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan – a human.
New Moon revolves around Bella’s 18th birthday, and her growing affection for Edward (Robert Pattinson) . However, once someone from the Cullen family attacks Bella, she influences Edward that this bond is too risky for her, which results in the entire family leaving Forks.
Bella’s pain at being forsaken is made a little bearable due to her blossoming friendship with Jacob (Taylor Lautner ). She then comes to know of a secret about Jacob which leads her torn between Jacob and Edward.
According to sources, The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ made in an estimated $72.7 million on the first day of its release. The first Twilight opened with $35 million on the first day.
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third movie in the Twilight series will be released to theaters on June 30, 2010.

Thanksgiving Desserts Recipe Special: Pumpkin Pie
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and there’s going to be some great time with the family and the delicious turkey dinner. But have you got your Thanksgiving dessert recipes in place for the big day?
If not, no need to worry, we decided to get this special Thanksgiving pumpkin pie recipe out for all of you.
The Classic Pumpkin Pie is the best thanksgiving dessert that anyone should make and is loved by both old and young.
This pie will take just 1 hour and 30 minutes to bake with 30 minutes going in for the preparation time and 1 hour for the cooking.
So let’s go ahead and bake that delicious Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie!!
Here’s what you’ll need:
• 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
• 3 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 cups pumpkin puree
Once, you got that in place, we can go ahead and prepare it now in 3 easy steps.
Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.)
Step 2: In a big bowl, merge eggs, egg yolk, white sugar and brown sugar. Add salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Slowly stir in the milk and cream followed by the pumpkin. Pour the filling into pie shell.
Step 3: Bake for ten minutes in preheated oven. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for an additional 40 to 45 minutes, or until filling is set.
Remove it from the oven, and there you have your perfect thanksgiving pumpkin pie.

Heidi Klum hits the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Post-pregnancy
German model Heidi Klum, was supposed to be the host of Victoria’s Secret Fashion show on Thursday, but much to everyone’s surprise, Heidi walked down the runway.
Heidi gave birth to daughter Lau only 6 weeks ago and was back on the ramp as hot as ever
She wore a purple corset and full skirt, and a great smile while taking each step in her stride.
The Victoria’s Secret model spoke to People Magazine about hosting the fashion show: “You have less pressure .You definitely have less pressure when you don’t shake your booty in front of millions around the world.”
Heidi is married to singer Seal and has 4 children.

Tila Tequila Ustream Video
Tila Tequila is in the middle of a controversy yet again – that is, besides her controversial show called “A shot at Love”.
In most recent report, Tila Tequila stripped down naked and began rambling on her Ustream page!
Tila kept talking about her past and her personal life, including an abuse case against Shwne Merriman – who allegedly choked her in September.
According to her Ustream footage, she apparently said: I am an angel…because I am here to save the world with my army.” She then claimed that it was the last time that she would ever be on Ustream. At one stage, she even called Merriman a “woman beater.”
She continued rambling: “People call me an attention whore … or whatever … but excuse me, I’m a grown a– woman and I’m confident in myself … I think a woman’s body is a beautiful thing … that’s why I’m a lesbian … I was born naked … anybody who is against that is gay and in denial.”

Oprah Winfrey to End Show in 2011
The Oprah Winfrey Show will be finally coming to an end after more than two decades!
Harpo Productions has confirmed that Oprah Winfrey – who began the talk show in 1985 – will be retiring from the show in 2011.
The talk show host, started her broadcasting career in Nashville, Tenn., and Baltimore, Md., prior to moving to Chicago in 1984 to host WLS-TV’s morning talk show A.M. Chicago – which then turned into the world famous “The Oprah Winfrey Show” .
According to news reports, Oprah will officially break the news on Friday. The final episode of famous The Oprah Winfrey Show will be aired in 2011.
The , the President of Harpo, Tim Bennett, announced , “Tomorrow, Oprah will announce live on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ that she has decided to end what is arguably one of the most popular, influential and enduring programs intelevision history. The sun will set on the ‘Oprah’ show as its 25th season draws to a close on September 9, 2011.”
The Oprah Winfrey show has seen Oprah talking to people from across the globe – be it actors, singers, sportspersons, doctors or even victims of abuse. The emotional sections of the show has helped open the eyes of millions of people and made them aware of what other people have been going through.
