Victoria Beckham Offered $ 40 Million to Design A Luxury Hotel in Dubai
Posh Spice is so famous for her classy style, that there are reports that the former Spice Girl was personally approached by the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum to design a luxury hotel. He is willing to pay her a cool $40 million.
Reports say that the ruler met Victoria and her husband Soccer player David Beckham while they were holidaying in the Gulf last summer, and he was supposedly so taken up by her style that he offered her the deal.
The hotel is set to be located off the Dubai coast on a fashion-themed island called Isla Moda.
A source told a magazin: “Even in these credit-crunched times, the fee offered to Victoria was astronomical. She was absolutely stunned.”
Reports say that the mother of three is yet to take a call on this offer.
American Idol Season 9: Erica Rhodes Earns a Ticket to Hollywood Round
American Idol auditions in Dallas had some wonderful singers this time. One among them was Erica Rhodes.
For those of you who are probably not too sure what’s so great about this girl is that this 23-year-old grad student from Irving Texas used to be a castmember on Barney and Friends when she was a young girl.
Incidently, she is also known to have sung the Barney “I Love You” song for the judges. But it wasn’t that song that wowed the judges, but it was her rendition of En Vogue’s “Free Your Mind” that took the judges by surprise, and thereby earning Erica a golden ticket to Hollywood.
Erica told the judges: “I want people to know that Barney kids grow up”.
Besides Erica, the other contestants that blew Simon Cowell and company away at the Dallas auditions were Lloyd Thomas, Kimberly Carver, Dave Pittman, Todrick Hall, Megan Wright, and Christian Spear.
Well, here’s hoping to see some really good competiotion at Hollywood round of American Idol.
PETA’s Controversial ‘State of the Union Undress’ Ad Released – Video
PETA has released its “State of the Union Undress,” in anticipation of the presidential address that takes place on Wednesday. And keeping up with true PETA style, the speech is as raunchy as their ads.
In the “State of the Union Undress”, you can see a very curvaceous woman who pronounces PETA’s goals to “turn Americans on” to a better way of living and at the same time she urges Americans to “take matters into their own hands” by following a veegetarian lifestyle.
That’s when the hot PETA spokeswoman slowly strips to her underwear.
It is a little hilarious when the camera then shows shots of a smiling aged Congressman John Dingell as well as First Lady Michelle Obama giving the spokeswoman a nod.
This is definitely one hot way to make people to think about animal cruelty.

The Apple table announcement is scheduled to take place at 1PM EST and we can expect Apple CEO Steve Jobs to make this much awaited Apple announcement live from San Fransisco, CA.
According to news reports, Steve Jobs is expected to introduce a very new tablet style multimedia computer, which is likely to be a 10″ touchscreen.
This Apple tablet will be a joy to users who can play music, read digital books, watch movies, as well as surf the internet besides a whole range of other features.
If it’s Apple, we are most likely to expect a high price tag.

Jersey Shore cast member Jenni Farley aka JWow’s new clothing line reportedly show the star posing topless, with just boots and a tiny skirt arounf her waist.
These Jenni Farley picare supposedly being shopped to media place.
Jenni only recently brgan her own clothing line which features her style in party tops – which bincidently are so skimpy that there’s nothin else to think about.
Her website states that: the Jenni Farley line “will be reinventing the term ‘Sexy Sophisticated.’”
Reports say that there are at least three nude photos of the Jersey Shore beauty – who already has a reputation for her scandoulous wardrobe.
James McAvoy and Wife Anne-Marie Duff Are Expecting Their First Child
Hollywood actor James McAvoy and his wife Anne-Marie Duff have announced that they are expecting their first child.
Anne-Marie Duff, who is nine years his senior, met James back in 2003 while filming Channel 4 series Shameless when she played the part of McAvoy’s girlfriend Fiona Gallagher. Ever since that day, James McAvoy has enjoyed a successful Hollywood career starring in films such as Wanted, with Angelina Jolie, Atonement, and the Narnia Chronicles.
Duff on the other hand has raised to the level of a very reputed TV and theatre actress, and is known to play roles such as that of Queen Elizabeth in BBC series The Virgin Queen.
Rupert Fowler, who is the couples’ spokesperson said: ‘We are happy to confirm that James McAvoy and Anne-Marie Duff are expecting their first child. We have no further comment or information at this time.’
Estate of Melinda Duckett Sue TV Host Nancy Grace in Wrongful Death Case
CNN’s talk host Nancy Grace is best known for questioniong guests while television cameras are rolling and now it seems that Grace is in the same position as her guests.
This host of HLN’s highest-rated show ironically doesn’t want video cameras to take a recording of her when she is going to be interrogated in a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the house of a former guest on the “Nancy Grace” show.
Reports say that the estate of Melinda Duckett, (who is the mother of missing 2-year-old Trenton Duckett), is suing Grace and accusing her of “intentional infliction of emotional distress” on her show that eventually led Duckett to commit suicide.
Melinda had contacted the police on August 27, 2006 and reported that her son Trenton missing and alleged that someone had entered her residence and kidnapped him.
Reports say that as a result of Grace’s comments on the show, the entire focus of the investigation turned to Melinda leading her to commit suicide.
Twilight Star Kristen Stewart to Play a Stripper in New Film
Twilight star Kristen Stewart is takeing up a very different role as the one she had in Twilight and she is all set to play a 16-year-old runaway who ends up getting into exotic dancing and sometimes prostitution so that she can earn a few bucks.
The film was shown at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, on Saturday.
Kristen said: “My character’s not sultry, not sexy. She sort of throws herself into all her moves. I tore myself up doing it.”
In the film, you can see this 19-year-old actress swaying around in nothing but platform heels, fishnets, a micro-mini skirt and even a bra in one particular shot.
Kristen said that she even got herself trained with a professional stripper for two weeks so that she could play out the role in the movie.
Hope for Haiti Telethon Raises $57 Million For Relief Work
The “Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief” telethon set a new record for donations received for a disaster relief telethon when the total amount raised was $57 million.
The show was hosted by Hollywood actor George Clooney and the money will be used to help rebuild Haiti after the devastating earthquake on Jan. 12th.
Money came in through donations made via phone, online and mobile.
The telethon saw many stars including Leonardo DiCAprio, Reese Wutherspoon, Cameron Diaz, Shakira among many others.
The “Hope for Haiti Now” album also became the biggest one-day album pre-order in iTunes history.

Spice Girl’s Musical to Debut in November 2010 & Is Developed By Simon Fuller
One of the biggest girl band of the 1990′s – the Spice Girls – are back in the news again.
The British girl band broke up after their 2008 reunion tour,but this time the girls are back in a different way -they will be returning to the live stage, and have their very own musical in London’s West End.
Spice Girls’ Scary, Posh, Ginger,Baby and Sporty will be played by actresses in the musical, which has been called Viva Forever.
The show is expected to debut on November 5, and will showcasr the way this band rose to fame through 14 of their biggest tracks.
The show is being developed by Simon Fuller, who was their manager in the 90′s.
Simon said: “What they created with their powerful record-breaking mix of girl power and hit songs, has influenced pop culture more than anyone can imagine.”
Well, here’s hoping to see girl power back in action again!
