Mindy McCready Video As Baseball Mistress Makes Its Way Online Ahead Of Album Launch
An alleged sex tape which features VH1 “Celebrity Rehab” star and country singer Mindy McCready is set to be released soon and this may affect the singer from making a return.
Mindy McCready will be releasing a country album called “I’m Still Here” this spring and it will be her first album in over 14 years. She also plans on having a tour to promote the album launch.
On the other hand, some reports allege that a sex tape called “Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress” will also be released at around the same time of her album launch.
McCready’s attorney Adam Dread told reporters: “We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged film that seems to have surfaced via various media reports. However, we can confirm that any illegally- obtained property, and/or fabricated footage, and the release thereof, will be dealt with swiftly following proper legal procedure.”
Huffington post reports: “Mindy McCready’s sex tape is coming out from Vivid, and a teaser clip has leaked online.”
However, reports online have shown that the Mindy McCready Video is real.

Earthquake in the Indian ocean, no tsunami threat
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has said that there is no destructive threat of a tsunami, there is a very small possibility of a local tsunami that will only affect coastal areas no more than approximately around 62miles from the epicenter.
The Earthquake took place in the Indian ocean measured 6.4 around 135 miles from Port Blair, the capital city of the Andaman Islands, India.
Mild tremors were also felt in Jajpur, the state of Orissa, India.
Cities in India, like Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Chennai also felt the same.
Nissan Leaf Electric Car Priced At $32780 After Tax Credit, Worldwide Release in 2011
Car giant Nissan has announced that it plans to price its Leaf electric car at a low price of $32,780, when Nissan launches the car later this year.
The Leaf’s cost is approximately $32,780, but Nissan has deducted the $7,500 federal tax credit from it – which makes it $25,280. The auto maker is also making the Leaf available on lease at $349 a month.
However, the tax rebates are higher in some states that have state-sponsored tax credits for buying an electric vehicle.
Nissan will take orders for this five-door beauty from April 20 2010 onwards, and release the car in some selected markets in December, while the rest of the world will see it next year.
The Leaf has an an average of 100 miles per charge, and takes almost 16 hours to charge with a 110-volt outlet and 8 hours with a 220-volt outlet.
Bethenny Frankel’s Wedding Takes Place At Four Seasons (PHOTO)
Real Housewives of New York actress Bethenny Frankel got married to Jason Hoppy at the Four Seasons in New York on Sunday.
Reports say that the wedding followed traditions and was a black tie affair. Bethenny Frankel and her guests, were dressed for the occasion.
The morning after her wedding, Frankel took to Twitter and tweeted: “I’m a real housewife!”
She added: “On way to honeymoon. best night of my life. your messages were so beautiful & sentimental. have a great week tweeps!”
Sources say that Bethenny Frankel’s wedding dinner saw some lobster ravioli, sirloin steak and fish, and a red velvet wedding cake (People.com).
Bethenny Frankel is currently 7 months pregnant, and was delighted to get married before the baby was born.

NYS Dept Of Labor Announces New York State Unemployment Insurance Benefits
The Commissioner of the New York State Department of Labor Collen Gardner has spoken on the NYS unemployment issue saying: “Prevailing unemployment issues in NYS or the New York State are sky-high already.”
However, reports say that the New York State Unemployment rate is stable at 8.8% for February 2010.
The New York State Labor Department reports goes on to say that 8,100 private sector jobs were gained in New York State in the month of February 2010 – which is equal to a 0.1% gain.
The Commissioner said, and we quote: “The recession is being faced at both national as well as the Capital Region level thus the youthful individuals from the United States are experiencing one of the most painful problem: unemployment. The issue has skyrocketed as well as the estimates at the national level recommend that the ratio of unemployment among the youth is over 21 percent. Similarly the recent Census data reveals that at local level the rate is practically 20 %.”
For NYS Unemployment Insurance, a Tax form called 1099G is being distributed and this form gets you the total amount of unemployment insurance benefits that were paid to claimants during 2009.

In a thrilling F1 race today, McLaren’s Jenson Button made it through the chaos around him to win the Formula One Australian Grand Prix on Sunday.
This win makes it a consecutive victory at Albert Park, Melbourne.
This is the first win for World champion Button as part of the McLaren team. After winning the race, he said”
“I am building in confidence and hopefully we can continue in the next race, because this feels good”.
Renault’s Robert Kubica followed Button after a 12 second gap and took the seconds place, with Ferrari’s Felipe Massa, who came third.
This Australian Grand Prix was one big challenge for the Formula 1 drivers since it saw only 14 of the 24 cars completing the race, thanks to the huge number of mishaps.
Fernando Alonso of Ferrari came in fourth followed by Mercedes GP’s Nico Rosberg.

The reason of Barbara Bush being taken to the hospital is just to undergo routine regular checks. Doctor’s do not suspect anything serious, but just a regular check up.
Barbara Bush is the wife of former US president George H.W. Bush and the mother of Barack Obama’s predecessor George Bush. She was accompanied to the hospital by her husband as well. Barbara was complaining of not feeling well before being admitted to the hospital.
Barbara Bush also went through a open-heart surgery last year in the month of March.
Just a few weeks ago, former US President Bill Clinton was admitted to hospital after complaining of heart pain.
Obama and Medvedev to Discuss Landmark Nuclear Arms Pact In April
US President Barack Obama is expected to call the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev on Friday, since the two will be discussing a landmark nuclear arms reduction treaty, as reported by the White House.
There will be a formal announcement of the nuclear arms reduction treaty very soon.
President Barack Obama has said that this pact with Russia is part of the steps that both nations are taking in a hope to reducing nuclear weapons.
Republican Senator Richard Lugar said that the new landmark nuclear arms reduction treaty is set to take place on April 8.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has made known that this new landmark nuclear arms reduction treaty is a big step in the goal of “resetting” the U.S.-Russia relationship.
