UK Today News : Johnny Maestro, singer of bands like “The Brooklyn Bridge” and “The Crests” which had hits like “16 Candles,” “Worst That Could Happen,” and “Model Girl,” passed away at his house in Florida due to cancer. He was 70 years of age.

“Halo” singer Beyoncé and hubby Jay-Z are reportedly expecting their first child after a source alleges that Beyoncé is pregnant.
The MediaTakeOut site reports, “….. just learned from a ROCK SOLID source that legendary singer Beyoncé and her hip hop mogul husband Jay Z are expecting their first child together.”
It is also reported that the singer Beyoncé is doing well and given the fact that she is one of the industry’s most hardworking females artists, she is likely to continue completing all her work “throughout her pregnancy.”
However, whether Beyoncé is pregnant or not is still to be verified by the star since there have been many “Beyoncé pregnant” rumours circulating across the globe for the past few months.
Beyoncé’s mum has also openly said that she would like to see Beyoncé become a mum very soon, and give her other daughter Solagne company as a mother.
Whether Beyoncé is really pregnant or not will be made clear in due time.
Manila Earthquake: Philippines Struck By 6.2 Magnitude Earthquake Today
UK Today News: The Seismological Institute of the Philippines reported today that an Earthquake of Magnitude 6.2 struck the west of Manila, Philippines.
Reports say that many buildings felt the shock of the Manila earthquake which forced all employees to run out of the buildings into the streets. As for now its no damage or casualties are reported.
The earthquake is reported to be about 10km under the sea.
The epicenter was located 86 miles (139 km) from the capital, Manila, Philippines. , and was about 72 kilometers (45 miles) deep.
The world has seen a number of earthquakes taking place ever since 2010 began – the most destructive being the Haiti earthquake in Jan 2010 and the Chile earthquake in Feb 2010.

After the shocking episode in Sandra Bullock’s marriage due to infidelity, her husband Jesse James is reported to also be involved in yet another affair with not one, but two more mistresses.
The girl who claims to have a two year affair with Jesse James is Melissa Smith. Recently Michelle “Bombshell” McGee told Star magazine that she was contacted by Jesse James through social networking platform MySpace in the year 2006.
The common factor in both these affairs are that both of them were contacted through Jesse James e-mail address and he used the nickname ‘Vanilla Gorilla’.

UK Chancellor Alistair Darling has announced the UK budget 2010 ahead of the general election and has warned voters with a budget that can help the people and in turn, help the Labour to survive.
So what are the main points and changes discussed in the UK budget 2010?
For starters, Darling cut stamp duty for first-time home buyers – while also revealing several tax increases for the well-off people.
However, Tory leader David Cameron has alleged that Mr Darling stole Tory policies on stamp duty as well as the once on an extra tax on strong cider.
Darling also said that the inheritance tax threshold would be frozen for another four years, so that it would help to cover the costs of care for older people.
Besides this, the chancellor revealed the end of certain personal tax allowances on people earning more than £150,000 as well as a deduction in tax relief on pensions for people who got incomes of over £130,000 a year.
One of the biggest measures taken up by Darling is the £600m pledge to raise the winter fuel allowance for pensioners for the next year as well.
For the young and party going people of UK, they can expect to see duty on beer, wine and spirits increase from midnight on Sunday. This also includes 10% on cider, and will result in alcohol duties soaring by 2% above inflation for two more years from 2013 onwards.
Not to be spared is another vice – tobacco. The Chancellor said that tobacco duty will increase by 1% above inflation.
However, one thing that needs to be kept in mind is that if the Conservatives win the election, they will make an “emergency Budget” in the first 50 days of taking office which could ultimately put an end to the new measures introduced by Mr Darling.

Dancing with the Stars 2010 results are already out for this season of Dancing with the Stars.
On the show, the Dancing with the Stars results from Monday night will be clubbed with the performance of the couples’ second dance next week and only then will fan voting begin – which will also see one couple from this season leaving the show.

New Moore Island Disappears In The Bay of Bengal
UK Today News :For around almost three decades, countries Bangladesh and India have been arguing with the Moore Island, which lies in the Bay of Bengal.
But the argument was kept on a long wait, as the sea levels there have been rising at an alarming rate due to Global Warming. The latest news is that New Moore Island has been swallowed by the Bay of Bengal. New Moore island no longer exists.
Professor Sugata Hazra reports that, New Moore Island has completely sunk and this is confirmed by satellite images and sea patrons.
Professor Sugata Hazra further stated,
“What these two countries could not achieve from years of talking has been resolved by global warming.”
The sea levels in the Bay of Bengal had been rising by 3 millimeters per year until the year 2000. But shockingly, that rate increased to 5 millimeters per year since then.
New Moors Island is also know as South Talpatti Island.
Reports say that around 10 more small island like New Moore Island are still at risk in the Bay of Bengal.
Justin Bieber’s Manager Scot Braun Arrested For Roosevelt Field Mall Incident
UK Today News: Justin Bieber’s manager Scot “Scooter” Braun has been arrested by the police on two misdemeanor charges this morning.
The charges include reckless endangerment and obstruction of governmental administration. These charges center around a Justin Bieber appearance back in November, where Braun reportedly tweeted (on the site Twitter) that Bieber would be making an appearance at the Roosevelt Field Mall. This tweet was enough to lead to an unruly crowd and even saw one girl getting hospitalized.
However, reports say that when the police allegedly asked Braun to tweet that this appearance of Justin Boeber at Roosevelt Field Mall had been canceled – since they wanted to control the crowd – but Scot refused and this will land him in jail.
More than 3,000 fans showed up for Justin Bieber’s Roosevelt Field Mall appearance with almost thirty-five Nassau County Police units sent to control the crowd.
