Its understandable that there is some exaggeration from local media and some countries like Australia , Canada and UK who are just trying to bash India for anything and everything just because of they feel embarrassed by the rising clout of India in the international seen.

But one should not underplay the fact that the politicians like Sharad Pawar, Suresh Kalmadi and all are trying to cling on to the top of sports body to destroy it. They have political motives and they have insatiable hunger for amassing wealth. Its a well known facts. Same is the case with film stars who try to be in the IPL bodies.
Time had reached where only professional players who represented India and those who had contributed to sports should only occupy such posts. Otherwise no way Indian Sports can expect a change.
