The state said that the unemployment rate was around 9.8 percent for Wisconsin in the month of March.

And the increase on the overall state for the first four months of this year has let to around 32,000 employed.

Department of Workforce Development Secretary Roberta Gassman, in a statement said,

“With the support from our federal partners and the leadership of Governor Jim Doyle, Wisconsin is focused on helping businesses create jobs and providing workers across the state with opportunities to get those jobs.”
