English actor, Stephen Moyer, known for his role of Bill Compton in the popular HBO series ‘True Blood’ confirmed along with his wife Anna Paquin that they are expecting their first child. Anna in the series plays the role of Sookie Stackhouse, who falls in love with the character of Moyer in the series.
Moyer and Anna met on the sets of the HBO series in the year 2007, while filming for the first season. Two years later the actor proposed Anna after which they got married in August 2010.
Paquin while describing her relationship with Moyer in an interview with Marie Claire said that it was ‘quite mundane’ and added that they walk their dogs and rehearse lines but their shared passion for their jobs is an exciting thing. Anna added that it was part of the reason they ended up together.
A representative of the couple revealed that they are expecting their first child which is due in the fall. Moyer has two children from his earlier marriage. Moreover, just before the wedding, Paquin made news for coming out as bisexual during a public service announcement for ‘Give A Damn’ campaign. The 29 year old actress has won an Oscar award for her performance in ‘The Piano’, when she was 11 year old.
