UK Today News: San Diego Marathon – Rock N Roll Marathon San Diego To Take Place Today
San Diego Marathon, Rock N Roll Marathon San Diego: The San Diego Marathon 2010 will see more than 30,000 runners participating in the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego Marathon and Half Marathon To Benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society on Sunday June 6 2010. The marathon is currently in it’s 13th year.
The race begins on Sunday morning at 6:15 am on 6th Avenue at Palm adjacent to Balboa Park. This year, the San Diego marathon will have a new course which will take runners inside the San Diego Padres’ PETCO Park and also across San Diego waterfront.
The event will also feature a post race concert highlighting a major headliner act.
Kat Von D wil be one of the celebrity runners.
