British telecommunications giant Vodafone unveiled its new Tab prime 6 with 9.6 inch tablet with Android Lollipop and 4G antenna. The IPS display runs at 1280 X 800 and is powered by a 1.2 Ghz quad core Snapdragon 410 chip with 1GB RAM.
The device has 16 GB Storage with a micro SD slot which can be extended up to 32 GB. The specifications mentioned are not very overwhelming but certainly better than nothing at all. Another good feature is its 4,600 mAh cell that provides a good battery life.
The features that would make the device as best selling are its connectivity options including LTE radio that supports 3G services, Wi Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 and an IR to peruse TV without a remote control. Other features of the device includes a 5 mega pixel primary camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. However the user of the device might be disappointed of it is taken to a concert or a sports event.
The Android Lollipop operating system offers it new intelligent features like the SmartLock which will give the option to automatically unlock the new prime 6 when it is paired with the trusted devices, smartwatches or bluetooth headphones.
