Miss Universe Great Britain 2010 Tara Hoyos-Martinez from London, will represent GB at the 2010 Miss Universe pageant that takes place on the 23rd of August in Las Vegas, USA.

The 20 year old beauty is currently a student of medicine and says that she would like to become a surgeon. Being a British-Colombian, Tara is the first Latina to represent Great Britain at the Miss Universe pageant. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and is known to speak French as well.
Tara was crowned Miss Universe Great Britain 2010 on 2nd May 2010 in Birmingham, and armed with confidence and poise, she is all ready to battle it out with the other 82 beauties and win the prized crown.
The Miss Universe 2010 pageant will be hosted by rocker Bret Michaels and Natalie Morales at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas.
