UK Today News: Miss Venezuela Elizabeth Mosquera crowned Miss International 2010 – Thailand, China runners-up
The 2010 Miss International pageant took place on November 7, and Miss Venezuela Elizabeth Mosquera was crowned the winner at the finals of the event, which took place in China. Miss Thailand Piyaporn Deejing and Miss China Si Yi Yuan won the first and second runners-up positions respectively.

The 19 year- old Civil engineering student, beat 69 other beautiful women to win the coveted Miss International pageant, which is currently in it’s 50th year. Elizabeth Mosquera won the Miss Venezuela International 2009 title at the Miss Venezuela 2009 pageant last year.
Second runner-up Miss China – Si Yi Yuan also won the Miss Internet Popularity 2010 special award at the pageant.
Elizabeth Mosquera’s win makes it the sixth time that Venezuela has won the Miss International title.
