UK Today News: Jimmy Choo co-founder Tamara Mellon joins Anya Hindmarch, Sir Anthony Bamford as Global Trade Envoys for Britain

British Prime Minister David Cameron will be appointing style guru Tamara Mellon as the Global Trade Envoy for the country. To join the league is Anya Hindmarch,  best known as a leading handbag maker. Both the ladies will be taking initiatives to promote Britain’s fashion industry all over the world.

Reports state that Cameron wants the ambassadors to join him in China , where he is currently leading a trade delegation. He wants the ladies to meet the foreign ministers and take part in other official visits.

The 43 year-old guru, who is the co-founder of the famous Jimmy Choo chain,  is believed to be estimated at a whopping £102 million.

The third ambassador is Sir Anthony Bamford, the Chairman of JCB (Joseph Cyril Bamford). Reports state that all the three of them would be taking forth their country’s fashion worldwide free of cost — since the bigwigs are reportedly not charging a pie from the government, for the efforts and time they are going to invest in this new project.
