Till now, the singer has not been charged with any criminal charges, but Rahbany said that he is not sure if any charges could be waiting for her in future. The 36-year-old singer absconded along with her son November 29, after she fled with Zander from her father’s house in Cape Coral, Florida.

McCready, who had a history of battling with drug abuse, does not have the custody of her son Zander. The custody of the child is with her parents. On November 30, it was reported that McCready was pregnant with twins and cannot come back to Florida as she is almost seven months pregnant.
