British footballer David Beckham has just hit 20 million likes on the social networking site Facebook. The footballer has celebrated the success by posting a picture of himself along with a poster that thanked fans for the likes.
Seems like there could not be a better way to celebrate the success by posting a picture of your face. David Beckham is now liked by almost a third of the entire population of Britain for nearly three times the amount of people who live in London.
The fans of the footballer got regular updates on his official page and also liked his page. David wrote, “Just seen that we have reached 20 million, incredible…a special thank you to everyone, I have the best support out there”.
Beckham is the Olympic ambassador and his attractive mug has been popping all over the show recently. During the opening ceremony, the footballer was seen on a speed boat rocketing down the Thames river and delivering the torch to the stadium.
Beckham was recently spotted carrying his baby girl Harper while he wore a suit. The footballer was taking his daughter and wife Victoria for the most stylish lunch of all time the day before he met the prime minister David Cameron.
