US giant Apple had lost its iconic co-founder Steve Jobs on October 5 last year. The company marked the first death anniversary of Jobs by replacing its home page with a tribute video and also a letter from the CEO Tim Cook.

Apple.com features a 1 minute and 45 second long video, which has black and white images and quotes from Jobs. The iconic man can be heard in the video which says, “It’s in Apple’s DNA that technology alone is not enough — it’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the result that makes our heart sing and nowhere is that more true than in these post-PC devices”.

The quote was taken from the launch of the iPad 2 in March 2011.
