Julian Assange suffering from lung infection

Australian editor and activist Julian Assange who is presently living at the Ecuadorean embassy in London has developed a chronic lung infection, which reportedly can get worse at any moment. Ana Alban said that the founder of Wikileaks was suffering from living in a confined space.

Earlier, Ecuador had sought assurances that he would not be arrested if he is hospitalized. The UK said that it will not prevent any medical care which would be required by Assagne. The 41-year-old has taken refuge at the embassy since June, 2012 and was granted asylum by Ecuador in the month of August, 2012. Assange had breached protocol by staying at the embassy and faces arrest if he leaves.
