Producer Simon Cowell is allegedly set to tie the knot with an unknown bride. However, his female fans need not worry, as the producer will be a part of a fake wedding which will be set up for Comic Relief.
The judge of Britain’s Got Talent has signed up to wed a mystery lady in a special Comic Relief sketch to take place next month. Cowell will be tying the knot in front of his famous friends, which include David Williams, Louis Walsh, Ant & Dec, Amanda Holden, Sinitta and Alesha Dixon. All of the X Factor judges friends are set to join in the fun in the form of guests on the special day. Apart from raising money for charity, the sketch has been done to poke fun at the constant single status of the celebrity.
The viewers will be able to watch the comic nuptials in the month of March 2013. However, the event is not expected to run smoothly and the viewers can expect a twist as well. Sources from the industry say that it is an industry joke that Simon will never marry, despite the fact that he has dated a number of beautiful women.
