Peachtree Road Race 2010 registrations opened at 1 p.m. today Sunday 21st March 2010, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
According to reports, this is the first time that the famous start wave assignments will be performance-based as compared to being randomly assigned like before. The purpose of this change is to ease congestion.
Besides this, Peachtree Road Race participants will get a chance to get their race numbers from the Peachtree Health and Fitness Expo at the AmericasMart. Reports say that the pick-up will take place on Friday, July 2 and Saturday, July 3, 2010.
Incase participants cannot pick-up their numbers and prefer it being mailed to them, then they need to select that option during the Peachtree Road Race registration. This option will incur a $5 postage and handling charge. The entry fee for the event is $33 per participant.
So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and fill up your Peachtree Road Race registration form because the first 45,000 slots are open through online registrations, while the remaining 10,000 are likely to be randomly picked from registration forms mailed in.
These forms will be available in the AJC till Sunday, March 28.
