The reason behind this was Tropical storm Agatha that weakened the street infrastructure. These reports are not yet confirmed and many are still trying to find out as to what actually happened.
The Guatemala Sinkhole area was one of the hardest areas that got hit by the storm, apart from the storm claiming dozens of lives in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.
Guatemala has many mudslides in the country, which has forced the government to close roads and bridges.
The pictures show how devastating a sinkhole can be and how things can get sucked into a never ending hole inside the earth. There have been many sinkholes seen before in parts of Florida but this sinkhole in Guatemala looks deeper than many.
