Dhoni Wedding, Dhoni Girlfriend, Dhoni’s Marriage: Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the captain of the Indian cricket team got engaged to 21 year old Sakshi Singh Rawat at a private ceremony in Dehradun, India on Saturday night and is reported to get married sometime within next 24 hrs.

According to reports, M.S Dhoni’s wedding will take place at Vishranti farms in Dehradun and will have very tight security. The wedding reception is expected to take place on July 7 in Mumbai, India.
Dhoni’s engagement took place at 6.30 pm IST on Saturday and saw the couple exchange rings. New reports say that it was the ‘sangeet’ ceremony before the wedding. India cricket players Ashish Nehra and Harbhajan Singh were also present for the engagement.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni, 28, became the very first Indian cricketer who was awarded the ICC ODI (One Day International) Player of the Year award consecutively in 2008 and in 2009. He was also awarded India’s fourth highest civilian honor the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award in the last year itself.
MS Dhoni and Sakshi Rawat were reportedly school friends in Ranchi and their fathers were colleagues in MECON. The couple have been dating for the past 2 years.
