UK Today News: Nokia Unveils E7 Communicator, C7, C6 Smartphones At Nokia World In London
The world’s biggest cellphone maker, Nokia, has finally unveiled three brand new smartphones – the E7 Communicator, C7, C6 Smartphones – at the annual Nokia World event in London on Tuesday. The launch comes after Anssi Vanjoki, head of Nokia’s mobile business, resigned.

Report states that the new smartphone models will be the E7 (the new business Communicator), C7 as well as an upgraded version of the C6. All three models will be equipped with touchscreens and come with the newest Symbian software. The Nokia E7, Nokia C7 and Nokia C6 smartphones are likely to be shipped later this year.
Although Nokia is one of the largest smartphone makers, it has lost much of it’s stake in the market to Apple and Blackberry. The launch of the new smartphones aims at getting Nokia’s position back in the smartphone arena as the biggest player.
The past week has seen a lot of changes in the Management at Nokia with Stephen Elop of a Microsoft replacing Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo as the new Chief Executive at Nokia.
