Reports state that a tropical storm warning has been issued for areas from Chetumal to Cabo Catoche as well as the Northern Belize, since Tropical Storm Karl was travelling with sustained wind speeds of 65 mph (100 kph) early Wednesday.

Hurricane Igor is currently still a Category 4 storm, while Hurricane Julia, located in the eastern Atlantic, has turned into Category 4, but is expected to weaken on Thursday. Neither are an immediate threat.
