UK Today News: Underwater Motel Jules Undersea Lodge in Key Largo, Florida Tops Forbes Most Remote Hotels List
Underwater Florida motel Jules Undersea Lodge has been featured in Forbes magazine most remote hotels and also the best places to escape to this year. Others to make it to the list include ‘Kokopelli’s Cave’ in New Mexico and the ‘Winterlake Lodge in Alaska’.
Jules Undersea Lodge, Florida’s underwater motel in Key Largo, takes relaxation to the next level with visitors having to scuba dive through 21 feet lagoon and then allows one to swim through the entrance at the bottom of the hotel.
Kokopelli’s Cave, which is situated near the Mesa Verde National Monuments in New Mexico, stands 70 feet underground which in a true sense is a remote place. It is carved from a 65-million-year-old sandstone rock, and the motel has kept a ladder for its guests to climb down to the entrance.
Whereas, the Winterlake Lodge in Alaska offers magnificent scenery which is situated on the very popular Iditarod Trail. The lodge is the best place for those who really-really want to stay alone for a while.
These vacation spots might turn out to be a costly affair, but when it comes to some adventure, it is well worth the money!
