Adam Ant back with a new band, to tour the UK in May 2011

UK Today News: English musician Stuart Goddard, popularly known as Adam Ant, has announced his come back with his new band. The singer has also announced his new UK tour after around 15 years and said that he is looking forward to it.

Ant has introduced a new seven member band called “The Good, The Mad and The Lovely Posse”, which will start their tour in May 2011. The band also includes Georgina Baillie, the model and dancer who was once involved in the Sachsgate scandal.

After dealing with mental health issues for years, the “Prince Charming” singer said that he has missed the music and is back for money also. The 56 year-old has planned a long tour for his fans and has promised that he has lined up a few surprises too.

Ant added that he has all these days he has observed everything thoroughly and now he knows what exactly to do. Ant had gained popularity in the eighties as a lead singer of New Wave/ post punk group Adam and the Ants. Later on, he started his solo career. Ant has said that he has recorded an album with 18 tracks, which he will be releasing on his own label. Ant was once also voted as the sexiest man in America by the viewers of MTV.
