The spokesperson of the British band Rolling Stones revealed on October 30, 2012, that the band’s guitarist Ronnie Wood is now engaged to be married to Sally Humphreys. Humphreys is a 34 year old theater producer.
The 65 year old musician has been married twice and this will be his third marriage. The musician separated from his second wife Jo Wood in the year 2008 and also had a public agreement with her over an auction of memorabilia in Los Angeles, which went ahead earlier this month.
The news of the upcoming wedding surfaced just after the band played a few warm up concerts in Paris for 350 people, and also announced four more dates in London and New York to celebrate their 50th anniversary.
This also comes before the release of Jo Wood’s memoirs which promise to unveil her tales of life as the wife of a Rolling Stone. In recent times Woods was focusing on her visual art career, and in the month of April she opened a New York City Art show entitled ‘Faces, Time and Places’. It features portraits of Mick Jagger, Charlie Watts, Keith Richards and other celebrities. For the second time, Wood was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April.
