UK Today News: Google Creates A Record – Google Images Have 1 Billion Page Views A Day
Google has again reached a benchmark in the world of Internet, it has officially made a record of having one billion page views a day. Google disclosed the figures before it undergoes a major image search revamp.
According to the Google experts, they state that some of features that are to be included in the new search are already being used by their search rival, Bing.
Marissa Mayer, Vice President of Google search, told that, this search engine is by far the largest search engine on earth. Google image houses 10 billion images in its search portal. Google said that people are more interested in search images than text, so a major revamp was needed in the search image department, which make the image search more intellectual.
One of the new features which would be included in the new image search, that when a user types the search he would find thousands of images on one pages itself, that would make it more convenient for the user to just scroll down the page and go through the images.
