2010 Academy Award Nominations Announced: The Oscars to be Held on March 7

The 82nd Academy Awards ceremony — which is better known as the Oscar Awards — will award the finest films of 2009 and is all set to take place March 7, 2010, at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.

According to reports, the Academy Awards ceremony will be aired live in the US on ABC with actors Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin being the hosts.

The nominees for the Academy Awards were announced on Tuesday Feb 2, 2010 by Tom Sherak, president of the Academy, and actress Anne Hathaway.
