It is heartbreaking news for the Former NFL Quarterback Randall Cunningham. He is upset and is in grief after the loss of his two and half-year old son.
News is that his son, Christian was found dead and floating in a hot tub behind Cunningham’s Las Vegas home Tuesday afternoon. Paramedics took the boy to the hospital but he was declared dead.
A lady at Cunningham’s house was with several children when she noticed the boy about 4:30 p.m. in the tub. She removed the boy from the hot tub and began performing CPR.
Cunningham has become a pastor since his retirement from professional football and wasn’t home when this happened. He performs baptisms in the hot tub, in which his son drowned and died.
Meanwhile, after playing college football at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Randall Cunningham was selected in the second round of the 1985 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles, with whom he remained through the 1995 season. He announced his retirement from football following the end of that season, taking a job as an analyst for TNT in 1996. He is the younger brother of former college and professional football player Sam Cunningham who played for the New England Patriots.

Megan Fox Married: After months of speculation regarding the status of their relationship, actress Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have tied the knot at the Four Seasons Hotel resort last weekend, while vacationing in Hawaii.

PEOPLE said that a rep for Megan Fox confirmed the news on Tuesday.
Transformers star Megan Fox, and Green, 36, are reported to have met back in 2004 on the sets of ‘Hope & Faith’, and were later engaged in November 2006, before calling off the engagement in February 2009.
This will be the first marriage for 24 year old Fox and also Green, but he has a son from a previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil.
Tampa Police officers shot dead
Two Tampa police officers were fatally shot this morning during a traffic stop.
Considerable search is on to nab the killers of the police officers.
31 year old, Officer Jeffrey Kocab, was with the department for about 14 months. He came from the Plant City Police Department. He was married and his wife, Sara, is nine months pregnant.
The other officer who lost his life was Officer Dave Curtis. Even he was 31 years old. He was associated with the department for almost four years. The former Hillsborough County jail deputy left behind his wife, Kelly, and four sons.
Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor said, “the shooter is believed to be the Toyota’s male passenger and police have spoken with people who know him.”
Mayor Pam Iorio said. “Our hearts are just breaking. It is so very tragic.”
Tampa Bay’s Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrests of the suspects responsible for the murders of Tampa Police Officers.

The vocalist of the famous band Motley Crue was arrested by the police on charges related to drunk driving.
49 year old Vince Neil was stopped in his black sports car and was arrested after leaving the Las Vegas Hilton hotel. Vince was later released on a bail of $2000.
Motley Crue is a glam rock band and had famous hits like, girls girls girls, Dr Feelgood.
Just last week Vince Neil said that he was sober and there are other things in life than just drugs and alcohol.

Hurricane Alex 2010 : Tropical storm Alex in the Gulf is gradually moving away from the US main land towards the Mexican Yucatan Peninsula, and reports say that forecasters have predicted that the storm may turn into a hurricane by today or tomorrow.
Even though there is a threat regarding the hurricane formation, there is some good news for the oil siphoning efforts in the Gulf of Mexico, as the storm is reportedly away from their path.
The US National Hurricane center stated that the intensity of the storm to transform into a hurricane is likely to take place within the next 48 hours. The Mexican government on the other hand, has closed down its chief ports Don Bocas and Cayo Arcas, due to the Hurricane Alex threat.
In the country of El Salvador, the rain that poured before the hurricane has made the rivers swell, and has resulted in two men being been swept away and declared dead. Forecasts had predicted that the rain before Alex’s arrival would be around 4 to 8 inches, but in most of the isolated places and mountainous regions, the rain has been measured to be around 15 inches. Later in the day, forecasters have warned of flash flooding in the area.

Rodolfo Torre Cantu: Barely a day after the world hears the shocking news of the murder of Mexican singer Sergio Vega, comes the news that Mexican Gubernatorial candidate Rodolfo Torre Cantu, was killed by gunfire near Ciudad Victoria on Monday morning of June 28, 2010.

Rodolfo Torre Cantu belonged to the Institutional Revolutionary Part (PRI). Interior Secretary Fernando Gomez Mont condemned the killings and stated: “All of Mexico should condemn this cowardly act.”
Reports say that besides Rodolfo Torre Cantu, three other people, which included Torre’s campaign manager, were killed in the gunfire. Four other people were wounded and taken to the Doctor Norberto Trevino General Hospital in Tamaulipas.
Mexico is gearing up for it’s elections on Sunday for 12 governorships and state and municipal offices, and the slain Rodolfo Torre Cantu was the biggest contender for the elections.
A few days ago, on June 19th, gunmen killed Guadalupe Mayor Jesus Manuel Lara Rodriguez.

Sergio El Shaka Vega: Sergio Vega aka “El Shaka”, a Mexican singer who was well known for his songs about drug barons, was murdered on Saturday night barely a few hours after he denied reports that he had been murdered. Vega was driving in his red Cadillac to a concert in Sinaloa state in northwest Mexico, when gunmen shot at the singer.

Reports state that many musicians performing “narcocorridos” – which are songs celebrating the lives of drug barons – are known to have become the targets of rival drug gangs in Mexico.
The passenger in the car told El Debate newspaper that Sergio Vega was followed by a truck, which later fired shots at the car. The singer lost control of the car after crashing it. He added that the gunmen then killed Sergio by firing shots to Sergio’s head and chest.
Police blame the drug gangs for Sergio Vega’s killing and have confirmed to have found spent bullet shells next to the driver’s door.

Reports say that the divorce of the couple Sandra Bullock and Jesse James is over. The couple is officially divorced.
The long and bitter divorce due to Jesse James cheating on his wife Sandra Bullock has finally been done with. Sources say that both of them signed the official final documents around a week back.
Sandra Bullock filed for divorce on the 23rd of April. The divorce also brings way to complete her single parent adoption.
Jesse did not want to get divorced at all and tried hard, but the damage was already done and it would take a miracle for Sandra Bullock to forgive him.

UK Today News: US Supreme Court Rejects Bilski and Warsaw’s Bid For Expanding Business Method Patents
US Supreme Court, Bilski : The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ruled against expanding business method patents. The court rejected the bid by Bernard L. Bilski and Rand A. Warsaw, founders of a Pittsburgh company, for protection of a method of hedging weather-related risk in energy prices.

Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote for the court: “The patent application here can be rejected under our precedents on the unpatentability of abstract ideas. The court, therefore, need not define further what constitutes a patentable process.”
Justice Kennedy said the Supreme Court was not in favor of this idea and he added: “There are reasons to doubt whether the test should be the sole criterion for determining the patentability of inventions in the Information Age.”
However, method patents are not new to business circles and has been quite a controversial issue, with certain companies being in favor of broad patent rights, while others insist that ome business methods are not ‘real’ inventions and hence, there is no need for patent protection.

Pride Parade Chicago 2010: Today marks the 41st Annual Pride Gay Parade in Chicago, as the city based gay community took part in it in valor. This parade is considered to be a a culmination of the Larger Gay Pride Month as proclaimed by the City Municipal Council and also by the Mayor of Chicago.
Reports say that it is a tradition, that the parade is always scheduled on the last Sunday of the month of June every year, and it begins at 12.00 noon. The 41st annual Pride Gay Parade took place Sunday 27th June 2010 with floats and crowds.
Many activities begin during the parade season like the distribution of packets containing information regarding the events during the Pride month of June, parade registration, Pride Guide booklets etc., which are sent out regularly during the whole month.
